Kristin Hendrick

Kristin Hendrick has extensive experience through all stages of litigation, from drafting and arguing motions to successfully trying cases. She specializes in criminal law and has also practiced as a general civil litigator. 


Kristin has a unique perspective as a former prosecuting attorney in Scott County, Minnesota, where she tried misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, including DWI, assaults, criminal sexual conduct, and drug offenses. Kristin began her legal career in the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office in both criminal prosecution and child protection.


In addition to her work as an attorney, Kristin is a member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and Warren E. Burger Inns of Court. She is an adjunct professor at both Mitchell Hamline School of Law and the University of Minnesota Law School, as well as a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
